It's kind of weird rereading this in serial form. I like that they're short so I can quickly read them but I'm not devouring them like I would if it was in a full length novel like originally. Other than that, I'm truly enjoying this like before!As I'm reading I'm trying hard to figure out who's doing this, who's sending these reanimated zombies at Megan. I feel like I sort of remember who's doing this but it's been like seven years, so it's fun rereading and trying to see if I can piece it all together!
Overall I still love the drama, the action, and watching Megan learn her powers as a zombie settler! Though I don't think there was a lot of zombie action in this one like the first one (again, weird reviewing this as a serial) but it was still fun and I'm dying to read the next one!

Book 2 is even better than Book 1. The story progresses as Ethan and Megan battle the undead and Megan continues to work hard to make pom squad and tries to resist Ethan's charms. The undead become more focused, but who is their real next victim.
We'll have to wait for Book 3 to see where this story goes!

Holy zombies!!!! This is a great series for tweens I have said it before and I will say it again. Also what the heck is up with Ethan and when the heck is he gonna make his move on Meg. Also what's up with this girls at the end and my money is on London or Monica being up the there zombie eyeballs in this.
Smells Like Zombie Spirit is the second serial release in the new revamped, serialized version of the full-length 2009 YA book You Are So Undead to Me by Stacey Jay. Being re-released as a serial novel it now will feature cliffhangers to keep you waiting in an...tici...pa...tion!!!
Amidst zombie attacks, homecoming issues, a fake/wish he was real boyfriend Megan has to battle the over-abundance of zombies that are out for flesh. Who signed her up for this anyways?!?!
A great continuation into the series. Beware of the cliffhanger - but book three should be released shortly. Until then, just be glad Megan and Ethan are around to slay the zombies so you can kick back and read instead.
